The way I understand Mr Chomcey’s recent letter to the editor, the opposition, which is the former Conservative Government, “is to blame for droughts, forest fires, floods and extreme weather events threatening the lives and livelihoods of Canadians.”
Correct me if I am wrong, but isn’t China under communist leadership and isn’t communism considered the far left? The last time I did any research on China, they were one of the worst, if not the worst, polluters in the world today.
How can Mr. Chomcey come to this conclusion that only right-wing governments are responsible for climate change?
Under the current leadership in China, some of the worst human rights violations have been occurring for many years.
I am not saying the right is perfect by any means.
I do feel the Conservatives did a good job in most areas of running the country .
