Central Saanich has a small road down which visitors are attracted to one of the most beautiful gardens on the planet. The narrow roadway is lined with half-dead trees and cracked/heaved cement slabs. Drivers careen down the curved-steep-hill at dangerous speeds.

Are current politicians prepared to make a 2014 resolution, dust off the study and attempt another try?
Why not make the welcome road to Butchart Gardens as beautiful and safe as the destination.
