On the morning of Nov. 28, my husband noticed his gold wedding band was missing. He figured it had fallen off the night before while he was clapping hard for the Irish group, Celtic Thunder.
It was not with much hope that we phoned the entertainment centre to report the loss.
However, to our delight, the ring had been found and turned in. We picked it up on the way to the airport and home.
To the person(s) who by this act of honesty, and to the people of Abbotsford, have bolstered our faith in humanity.
Merry Christmas, and we will be donating to charity in their name.
