A week or so ago I wrote a raspberry to the person who stole my groceries.

Since then I have received so much kindness that I felt I should acknowledge it by wishing a bunch of roses to the wonderful people who came forward.

One lady called and said she would pick me up and take me to the Safeway and replace the medication for my wife, which she did and I thank you so much.

The next day I received a call from Safeway asking me to stop at the pharmacy because there was something there for me.

It turned out to be a gift card for $100.

I hardly know what to say. I thank you so much for your kindness.

People ask me why we live in Williams Lake.

How could we not?

There may be a few bad people but for every bad person there is a multitude of wonderful people.

I did not know these people, but I wish to thank them all from the bottom of my heart.
