B.C. Teachers Federation obstructing public policy

The government is elected to determine education policy, not the BCTF.

Editor: Don’t the people of British Columbia elect a government to determine public policy, including school policy? Or did they elect a government to negotiate with an unelected third party as to what public school policy should be?

I don’t understand what “right” the B.C. Teachers’ Federation has in any of this. All they are doing is interfering with and obstructing the elected will of the people of the province.
