We had another wonderful day in Boitanio Park to celebrate Canada’s birthday.

Thanks to all the “kids” young and old who came “dressed in red and white and left their blues at home,” participated and had fun with us.

We would like to acknowledge our volunteers who helped make this day very special;

Pat Lingholt; Lorrie and Rick Rhodes; Frank Giesbrecht; Kelly and Elisa Giesbrecht; Seralyn Jensen; Mayor Kerry Cook; Constable Courtoreille; Constable Mayard; Girl Guides of Canada; fifth Williams Lake Scouts, Cubs and Beavers; Army Cadets and Sea Cadets; Royal Canadian Legion Branch 139; Davana Mahon, Stampede Queen; Bobbi Bracewell and Alexia Colton, Stampede Princesses; Kirsten Braumandl, Miss Rodeo Canada Princess; and the gang from Save On Foods.
