Did you know that the ozone layer when healthy, reflects 30 per cent of the suns energy back into outer space?
In 1987, the Montreal Protocol banned CFCs in developed countries. The problem is that the countries that are going to want help because of global warming are pumping out lots of CFCs and other chlorine chemicals and selling them world wide through the black market killing the ozone layer.
This is in my opinion more harmful than all of the carbon Canada is producing.
