Co-operation required

Kudos once again to Robin Campbell and Manna Homeless Society for all their efforts

I appreciated John Harding’s well-written article (‘More homeless, fewer services’) in Thursday’s edition of informative and comprehensive updates on important matters like this help each of us to be better citizens and enable our region to build stronger and more resilient communities.

Kudos once again to Robin Campbell and Manna Homeless Society for all their efforts, and to Campbell for being brave enough to air concerns about lack of co-operation between groups.

When genuine, good-spirited cooperation is missing, our communities are weakened and we all lose. Campbell is quite correct to suggest that co-operation between non-profits, business and municipal governments is key to a healthy and prosperous life — for all of us.
