Concern for wildlife

If a six foot high fence is installed on each side of the track within town I would be concerned for the wildlife that would be affected.

If a six foot high fence is installed on each side of the track within town I would be concerned for the wildlife that would be affected. It seems that the wildlife would not be able to cross on their current natural or territorial trails. In addition it may increase human wildlife negative encounters as the animals would not be able to cross freely. They would be limited in the direction they could travel when human encounters happen in that area. Let along getting possibly routed in between the two fences for train and wildlife encounters and fatalities.
