Another great editorial, but still too polite.
This proposed budget reeks of council laziness and back to my question: who really runs Nanaimo?
It was great to read the Bulletin’s Election 2014 insert around election issues back in early November. Perhaps the Bulletin could run a recap of the now-elected council’s answer to the question you asked: “How do you plan to manage taxes and spending?”
