An open letter to our friends on the North Shore and the City of Vancouver:
If I have to pay to cross a bridge to go to work and you don’t want to share in the cost of new infrastructure, then I promise not to use your sewer system and you can pay for it with your neighbours.
With the present funding formula for roads it will cost me $1,800 next year to go to work. Now you want more taxes from me to cover your crap too.
It’s time to rethink how things get paid for.
