I was wondering if the town council does not believe that carbon emission causes global warming or if they don’t give a damn.
They started by trying to make people from south of town go to the light to get downtown, lots more emission. Most people just dodged through a parking lot, not helping traffic at all.
Then they make it so you couldn’t take your cheque from the post office to the bank directly. No, a lot more emission. Now they have a 20 kph speed zone and many stops, causing much more emission, and they are turning it into a truck drivers hell.
How long before the truckers demand a bypass?
How many people decide to shop elsewhere?
