Doggie poop bags littering Cowichan Bay

That’s wonderful. However, if a study was done we would also be first of the worst/bottom of the pile of doggie poop bags not being disposed of in a proper manner.
The little green bags are on bush, tree limbs, floating in the small eco marsh off Wilmot Road, trails, ditches and the side of the road.
Really shameful! This is not new, it’s just getting worse.
