I recently went to Guildford Medical Centre.
I went in, bought my parking ticket, and my appointment was short, so when I came out there were quite a few people looking for parking, so I asked this couple if they would like my ticket, as there was still a lot of time left. They took the ticket and I left.
Two weeks later I get a ticket in the mail charging me $80 for parking. I guess that morning they were on the lookout for anyone passing their ticket on, which I never thought was wrong as the space was paid for.
Pay parking in medical centers is a disgrace. Delta has it right and I hope our city will do something about it.
