To the editor;
I recently had reason to go to Clearwater and took the back road – Dunn Lake Road.
When I got to the part maintained by Clearwater, the road condition maintenance improved greatly.
Same contractor, different division.
The Barriere side is like a different country.
Reasons for this could be better equipment; not likely, same contractor.
Better trained operators; not likely.
Lack of pride in job and leadership by local management; most likely.
