Our letters to the editor folder is full to bursting.
We offer our thanks to all letter writers. In the past 10 editions (back to, and including, the Oct. 9 edition, but not including this edition), we have published 68 letters to the editor, 34 of them about the municipal elections.
We have in our folder at the time of writing (Monday morning) 48 letters, 35 of which relate to the municipal elections. Even if we are able to publish 15 of those letters in the next two editions (today and Thursday), that still leaves a lot of letters unpublished before election day (Nov. 15).
We have tried to publish the letters in the order they were received. We have not allowed more than one letter from the same writer. We appreciate the efforts of each and every letter writer and we ask for your understanding if your letter is not published in our print edition. We endeavour to publish all the letters we have received, either in our print edition or on-line at www.pqbnews.com.
