I had an appointment at the X-ray clinic across from the police station recently. I parked and went to put money in the meter.
I put a loonie in and noticed the meter still at zero minutes. I looked closer at the meter and it states this meter does not take loonies or toonies from 2012 or newer.
So I put in a quarter as I only had dimes and nickels left. I think it is crazy, first of all to raise the rates then not accept coins that are our country’s money.
