The newly re-opened Silver Chalice Pub was the setting for the Silver Creek Elementary fundraiser on March 24.
A great burger buffet was served, games and a raffle were played, and fun was had by all. The event was held to finance the Grade 6/7 class’ dream of going to Camp Squeah for a final elementary trip before heading to high school.
The event was a great success, but not without the help of parents, students and a lot of wonderful businesses who donated to the cause. Camp Squeah is now a reality! The June field trip will hold special memories for the children as they say goodbye to elementary school. Thank you one and all!!
