Furstenau an honest, genuine person

Re: An honest, genuine person in politics

In conversations recently, I have read of a desire that often rises during elections, people longing for honesty and trustworthiness in B.C. politics. Please note, everyone: here, with Sonia Furstenau, is an honest, genuine person in politics.

Regardless of your political bias, you know that, unlike so many others, she means what she says, she will follow up with action to realize all that she says she will do, and the best interests of the people and the land are her first and prevailing priority.

To have such honourable qualities in government — would that not be a refreshing and beneficial change from what we sadly have become used to, in the often-sordid business of two-faced politics and the harmful corporate dominance over our public affairs, as with both the BC Liberals and NDP?

Green MLAs in the legislature during these past several years have initiated and contributed to much of the beneficial social and economic programs created then.

There is no need now to be concerned about vote-splitting and allowing the Liberals back in.

For a healthy, moral balance in the Legislature, vote Green.
