To the Editor,
Why are gas prices always so much more at Nanaimo service stations than in Ladysmith or Duncan? I was shocked last Sunday to see that, while these two small towns were charging 120.9 for regular gas, in Nanaimo it was 133.9. What possible justification (besides collusion and price fixing) can there be for this disparity?
I go to Duncan regularly so it’s been a long time since I’ve filled up in Nanaimo and, hopefully, others will boycott Nanaimo gas prices too.
