I just read an article about the City of Surrey giving incentives for the residents of Clayton Heights to clean out their garages.
Are you kidding me?
Why in the world should the taxpayers of Surrey have to foot the bill for this? This does not seem like a well thought-out idea on how to deal with this problem.
