With the new 40-year ‘lag’ theory, all the billions spent globally on the previous two ‘theories’ can now be safeguarded with a lag period that removes the accountability for very expensive and unproven sciences.
In 40 years, most of this hyperbole will have been further modified or forgotten. Perfect.
