This letter is intended for the Good Samaritan, who recently found my black “man purse” in a Safeway shopping cart (Vernon Square) and returned it to me.
God bless this kind woman, as my entire life was in that wallet.
I was so excited to get it back that I did not get her name.
We have been in Vernon only three years, but we absolutely love the city and the people.
Except for the Stickle Road controversy (we oppose the government’s ridiculous plan), we have found happiness here.
So, to that very kind woman who found my purse – thank you for restoring my faith in people’s goodness and honesty.
