To the editor:
I would like to extend a heartfelt thank-you to the couple who stopped to make sure my little dog was OK after being hit by a car on the highway.
I have no idea what your names are or where you reside, but what you did made my family very happy. My little dog is doing OK after surgery, so we get to keep her for a little while longer.
While others drove by taking no notice, you had the heart to stop and bring her home to us and that is uncommon today.
I pray you read this and know how thankful we really are.
