Thanks to social media coverage of the Stanley Cup riots, the Vancouver Police Department has been able to identify many of the rioting suspects. They are looking for 537 guys named Burrows, 931 named Kesler, 1,768 named Sedin, and 2,671 named Luongo.
Big bouquet of smiling sunflowers to the person who found my gold watch on the sidewalk outside of Thrifty. Thank you for turning it into them. My watch has great sentimental value to me and I was very upset to have lost it. Your honesty made my day!
A big bouquet of red roses to Lynne Powell for her courage and honesty in speaking out against some of this area’s largest and loudest “sacred cows.” Keep up the great work, Lynne; in the tradition of Mark Steyn, Michael Coren and Terrance Corcoran, your voice is often a beacon of sanity and logic in a blizzard of special-interest propaganda. Take heart, Lynne, because when your “critics” attempt to malign you personally, or stifle your voice (I notice they are rarely capable of rationally debating your ideas), a lot of other folks here in the Valley are nodding their heads in agreement with what you have to say.
A big thank you to our amazing mortgage broker Sher Droski, who went above and beyond her job description to get us our new home. There was no way we could have done this big move without her.
