Dear editor,I am a senior citizen, living in the regional district.I recycle and compost everything that I can and struggle to fill the one garbage can that I put out for pickup each month.It is now costing me over $15 per month to have that one garbage can emptied.Am I the only one that sees something wrong with this picture?Anne MacNicoll,Comox Valley
