I see that Colin Mayes still hasn’t boned up on Canadian history yet. Agnes MacPhail was never a Conservative.
She was elected as a Progressive, an agrarian party which was progressive as opposed to conservative before there was a Progressive Conservative party.
Ms. MacPhail eventually became a member of the CCF.
She’d turn in her grave at the suggestion of being associated with Mayes’ anything but progressive Conservatives.
