Here is the situation: as I drive through Campbell River, I notice there are a lot more electric scooters on the road.
It seems that a majority of them are not aware of their surroundings therefore making it more dangerous for us automobile drivers.
My question is:
1) are there currently laws in place for the scooter drivers. I see a lot of scooters driving aimlessly down the road and even on sidewalks waiting for an accident to happen.
2) are the scooters to used on the road or on the sidewalk
3) they should be made more visible to automobile drivers
