I want people to know it is important to put their waste into the proper containers.
If a banana peel is put in the compost it changes into good stuff — nutrients for healthy soil. If a banana peel is put in the garbage it will change into bad stuff — methane gas (bad for the ozone layer) and leachate (liquid that poisons ground water).
Please think about this and help take care of our earth!
