In his letter Aug. 6, Dean Roosevelt once again takes the opportunity to support a Conservative politician. He did it with Mel Arnold recently and he is back again to defend Scott Anderson.

Is Roosevelt speaking as a surrogate for these two politicians?

Is there a secretive B.C. Conservative campaign being waged to install more Conservatives into public offices currently flying under the radar?

His intervention on their behalf suggests a close relationship to both men.

After all, he seems to be speaking for them in a public forum.

Has he been assigned this activity? Does he know every word Anderson has spoken about his ideological beliefs?

Is his attempt to dispute anything I have said an attempt to deflect from what Anderson actually said?

I have met Anderson. We have agreed to disagree. It’s not personal.

I have not met Roosevelt.

My only knowledge of him is his frequent letters to the editor in support of provincial and federal Conservative candidates, except Eric Foster.

He seems to have it in for him. Is he thinking he can be replaced? Has he mistaken Eric Foster for a Liberal? Intrigue.
