Editor, The Record:
Twice now I have had a yellow sticker put on my garbage can.
The reason: garbage loose in bin. Now in this forward thinking, green municipality in which we live, do they want us to put our garbage in plastic bags before we put it in the can?
I thought we were trying to keep plastic bags out of the landfill?
We recycle every thing that we can in our home, but we can’t get our garbage picked up because it is only garbage.
