With reference to the article, and editorial, in the Salmon Arm Observer, shining a light on the removal of operating funds by the school district, and the placing of those funds in the capital budget, I suggest the following points.
How can they – the board, and senior administrators – face the parents of Silver Creek Elementary?
How can they face the students who have had services removed?
