It’s the students who suffer from contract bungling

The argument between the teachers and the Liberal government has gotten so out of hand that the ones who are suffering are the students.

To the editor:

I believe the argument between the teachers and the Liberal government has gotten so out of hand that the ones who are suffering are the ones both sides have said they are supporting—the students.

Now the sports programs are being cancelled.

Are there any students that will lose scholarships because they must be playing to get them?

How many students in high school stay there because they can play sports?

It has now come down to a game of chicken, who will blink first.

Must be nice to handle your employees by ripping up their legal contracts.

Nobody will win this standoff but we have thousands of people who will lose. That is our children!

This game has got to stop.
