Let the government run the drug trade

One would think that the war on drugs is a good thing.

Then why is there more drugs around now than before the drug war started?

If you want the war on drugs to be won, you must let the federal and provincial government run the street-level drug trade. In one to two years, the market for street drugs would be over and done with. You ask how?

Well, just look at how our federal and provincial governments run and how badly and how financially stupid and wasteful they are.

One way to end the war on drugs — let your government run it. It has a proven track record for wasting billions of dollars and showing nothing in return. That type of thinking and management would cripple the drug trade, giving it a deficit for the first time ever.
