Editor: I had the same experience (parking downtown) as Laurie Thomas (the Times, April 22).
Mom and I had lunch at Choo Choo’s, went to Auld Phillips and Forever Yours, and came out with a parking fine. Downtown no longer has my business either; I prefer fun rather than stress when I go out.
