To the editor:
I would like to commend Kelowna city council and city management for having the flexibility to reverse course to conform to the public’s needs.
Their recent decision to change their long held position and now include all of the 13 city-owned waterfront properties [Cedar Avenue area] as one large waterfront park is very refreshing to see.
