I feel that it is fair to say that the view of the majority of Castlegar citizens is that garbage pickup every two weeks is a bad idea.
The smell of over-ripe garbage baits bears to their death and does nothing to enhance our cities ambience.
In light of this any money saved by the biweekly garbage pickup is a truly bad investment.
I feel this is a call for the citizens of Castlegar to let city council know when they have erred and direct then to act according to our wishes.
Am I reading this wrong ?
