Re: Monster House Builder Forges Homeowner’s Signature, Capital News, May 15, 2014.
Your article was very interesting but incomplete as it made no reference to a report to the RCMP and the status of any pending charges.
Forgery is a crime and West Kelowna should file a report. If not, that would be appalling.
The general manager’s explanation is ridiculous and an attempt to try and excuse himself. The building restrictions would have been clear to him and to the individual who purchased the lot.
Restrictions need to be maintained, rather than builders continually seeking, and being granted, exceptions. Where will it end?
