In reference to the five more Oak Bay houses being barged to the San Juan Islands I say: kudos to Coun. Eric Zhelka who wants to “slow down the destruction of our heritage.” I fear that not only has that horse left the barn but the barn is in danger of being picked up and barged somewhere too.
