To the Royal Canadian Legion (RCL) Branch #59 and the citizens of Grand Forks.
I am a member of the RCL and we held our zone meetings last weekend in your city. It was a wonderful chance to spend a weekend, attending meetings with comrades and seeing a little bit of Grand Forks.
We greatly enjoyed all the delicious food that was prepared for us and the entertainment and prizes. I had a chance to pop into a couple of your stores, and received a warm welcome from the clerks. Our stay was enjoyable.
