Letter: Haphazard delivery of Census forms

Neighbours found theirs hanging from a light and from a small stake in the ground.

To the editor:

I have a concern about the delivery of the Canada Census forms.

It was my understanding that the forms were mailed to each household. Mine was not. I found my form and that of my neighbour’s stuck in the handle of my recycle bin.

Other neighbours found theirs hanging from a light and from a small stake in the ground. I took a photo because I just could not believe it.

Was someone paid to deliver them? How did you receive your census form?
