I want to express appreciation to the Nelson Arts Council for sponsoring the Mural Festival this year. I am enjoying seeing bright colours and artistic expression on otherwise dull walls. This is yet another example of Nelson’s commitment to the arts, which contribute to the appeal of our downtown. Thank you to all sponsors and visionaries who made this event happen. I hope it continues.
