I concur with your Oct.14 editorial, “Be informed, then vote.”
The public is often told to vote, but we’re not told that voting is actually a three-step process:
1. Get informed on the issues. Try to understand them from more than one point of view.
2. Evaluate the candidates in terms of the real issues. Try to be objective.
3. Then go vote.
Your vote will mean something.
