To the editor:
When are people going to start standing up to RDCO Dog Control?
I can’t sleep anymore. I used to be kept awake by barking dogs. Now I am being kept awake by barking dogs and RDCO because I am so mad that I have had to listen to barking every night between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. for years!
I know I am not the only one. Please help me sleep.
