I just received the invoice for my MSP premium. Enclosed was what I consider a form of advertising by the Liberal party.
It was called “Balanced Budget 2017 – Cutting MSP Premiums by 50%.”
This was an election promise by the premier and as far as I am concerned has no place being included with the invoice for MSP premiums.
