For over 10 years my mother has been driving to McCallum Street in Abbotsford once a month to get her hair coloured and cut, which can take up to three hours. Recently, the only reason she does not stay to eat and shop around afterwards is because she is forced to move her car immediately for fear of getting a parking ticket.
I find it odd that you have so many hair salons in a small area and your parking rules ensure that anyone coming to get their hair done will leave immediately afterwards, instead of spending more money in the area.
