I, for one, would like to know what world class oil clean up is, like what kind of equipment and where is it?
Did we use it when that tug sank off the B.C. coast? I think not. They couldn’t even recover diesel full from the tug. World class LOL.
So what’s planned for the port of Vancouver? Let me guess, a fleet of three or four Zodiac equipped with the best wet/dry Shop Vac on the market? I think our B.C. government should demand what kind of oil clean-up equipment they are going to have on site? And, where will it be?
I keep hearing about how much Canada and Alberta will benefit. Yup, and B.C. takes all the risk. I think Alberta should have to put in place all this world class oil clean up equipment before one piece of pipe is put in the ground and at no cost to B.C.
While I’m on it, does anyone know what any of the 175 conditions set down by the national energy board are? I watch a lot of news and can’t remember ever hearing just what any of them are.
