Re: Banks Crescent senior housing development.
This project is probably very good but I believe it should be situated in land west of Summerland.
The spring is a geological wonder which I believe no one, no matter how well educated, can fully understand. It can be destroyed easily and never replaced.
I would like to remind our council one of the items on their election platform was to preserve farm land. I don’t believe size should influence the decision. I would hope they would add important places, such as the spring, to this consideration.
