After all these years I thought I’d have a visit to the Castlegar Museum train station.
I walk with a cane due to mobility issues. The first thing I noticed upon approach to this public facility was there was no wheelchair access.
As I walked around outside on the wooden boards I tripped and almost fell from a protrusion in between the planks.
I decided to go have a look at the caboose. The entrance had many stairs with two handrails that were about two feet high, no use at all to an adult so I didn’t bother risking those stairs.
