Interesting how the library parking lot fills before the library is open.
I arrived early last week and while waiting for the library to open I noticed many vehicles arriving and when the occupants left their vehicles they walked towards the Avenue.
It seems that because parking in the village is at a premium, the library lot is a great alternate place to park.
And no, none of these persons were going to the Monterey Centre either.
